We have had a lot of sleep issues with my son, but he
always seemed to sleep better with a fleece blanket under him. I
didn't love the idea of the blanket because it always got bunched
up when he moved around in his sleep. So, I started looking around
to see if anyone made fleece crib sheets. I found a couple of sites,
but the sheets were way too expensive. Then I found FleeceBaby.com.
The sheets were very reasonably priced, so I decided to order one.
My son loves his new fleece crib sheet, and often wants to stay
in his crib longer in the morning to snuggle on it. I was so pleased
with the sheet that I immediately ordered two more for a friend
of mine who just had twins. Fleece crib sheets from FleeceBaby will
be my standard baby shower gift from now on whenever friends of
mine have winter babies.

This sheet has solved almost all of my crib related
issues! Most importantly, it fits! Our crib mattress is a bit deep,
and with a mattress pad, I had trouble getting standard sheets to
stay snug. This is no longer a problem with the super deep pockets
for the mattress. Best of all, when I get one end on, it doesn't
pop off as I'm fitting the opposite end.
Another benefit is not having to lay my sleepy daughter down in
a cold crib. Even the flannel sheet still felt cool. The fleece is
so soft and cozy, she barely notices when I lay her down. Now that
she's getting into the teething stage and drooling more, the moisture
is just wicked away onto the mattress pad and the fleece still feels
nice and dry on her face. It's the same reason I put fleece liners
in her cloth diapers! Now, if I could just get her to take a longer nap!

In my ongoing search for something soft for my baby to sleep on (she
has a tiny patch of excema on her cheek, so hard sheets just irritate
her), I found the most amazing, soft sheets ever! My daughter has
now been sleeping on the sheets for a week or so AND...drumroll,
please...her ezcema patch is gone! The big difference is that fleece
is designed to "wick" away the moisture (just like what it does for
athletes), so she's not sleeping in a wet puddle (as she drools while
cutting her teeth). So, her little cheek is not irritated and is
as rosy as could be.
They wash well (don't pill like my fleeces that I wear), and make
the coziest bed w/out SIDS worries. They make flannel seem like sandpaper
once you feel them!
Once washed, they fit snugly and I pulled the corners and couldn't
get the sheet to come up. It's tight and plush and comfy. They really
are so amazingly soft - I told the designer I just wish that I had
an adult sized one!
And, I'm happy to report that ours have been washed several times
and they are still as soft! I'm hooked (and so is Maeve!)
